The disappearances of LFoundry and Nexcis might have led some to forget that other companies continue to expand on the Rousset industrial estate. 500 jobs were created there in 2015, and more are planned.


"Industry is not doomed in France – it creates real wealth. In two years, our area has managed to surpass the employment level recorded before the closure of LFoundry, while preserving the purpose of its industrial zone. And there is still potential," says Jean-Louis Canal. The Mayor of Rousset invited on 22 June a range of companies of all sizes that are planning or carrying out developments in the commune, including STMicroelectronics, Lidl, Crosslux, Alseamar, Fenotag, Ceprim Technologies, Nawa Technologies, Simagec, Resoltech, as well as the Secure Communicating Solutions hub and the Groupement des Industries de la Haute Vallée de l’Arc (GIHVA)..
