Didier worked for 12 years at GEMPLUS (now GEMALTO) in R&D department. He was in charge of important R&D project, and published numerous patent. He industrialized many new technologies to improve significantly the card manufacturing solutions. Some of them are still used all over the world.

Didier has been part of the pioneers to leave Gemplus (now Gemalto) in 2003 to create with some colleagues, a new company, SPS (Smart Packaging Solutions), specialized in the development, production and selling of electronic micro-systems on flexible support. Didier highly contributed to the development of this company which achieved a turnover of Euro 18M in 2007. Didier was acting as CTO for the company. He patented, developed, and industrialized major technology used as a standard as of today. SPS (s-p-s.com) success has been rewarded with several Innovation awards. This company has been bought to the French National Printing Company (Imprimerie Nationale) in 2014 for more than 130 million Euros.

Didier joined TAGSYS, a famous company in RFID, in 2008 with a major experience in sub-contracting management, strong technology innovation capability, and control of the quality for sub-contracted products. Well known as an expert in both design and manufacturing of RFID tags, Didier has developed best-in-class expertise in antenna design, in complex RF solutions, and in customized and flexible manufacturing, all thanks to the continued efforts of its veteran team of top-talent engineers and to continuous investments and partnership with key players in RFID worldwide.

In 2015, Didier founded FENOTEK. (www.fenotek.com). This company develops and sells a range of innovative interfaces and software enabling to securely connect and control an existing object to the internet. As COO, Didier manages the complete product to market strategy.

More recently, he founded Fenotag, a company specialized in design and manufacturing of innovative SmartCard module and RFID TAG acting as CEO.
